Volunteers Time for Motivational Speeches,
Public Demonstrations
October 8, 2005 – Montgomery Taekwondo Academy, the area’s premier provider of personalized, martial arts training, announced today that its owner and chief instructor, Mr. Kanabay, would volunteer his time to support local organizations, both public and private, as a motivational speaker and with exciting martial arts demonstrations.
Instructor/Owner Mr. Kanabay is deeply interested in both education and excellence. After several years of serving as the schools manager and chief instructor, Mr. Kanabay purchased the school. He will conducted his first community demonstration of the Fall season at Blawenburg Day, hosted by the Blawenburg Reformed Church, October 8.
The demonstration’s exciting climax included expert black belts using their bare hands and nerve to break a variety boards and bricks, all set ablaze to increase the challenge. Local fire personnel stood by to insure the audience’s safety!
Mr. Kanabay is volunteering his time in this way to help benefit the community at large – and share his passion for marital arts with interested adults, teenagers and kids who want to burn off steam!
